This third-floor vacation condo provides easy access to beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico as well as to shared condo amenities, including heated pool and hot tub. The vacation rental is cozy with everything you need in easy reach, and has room to sleep 4-6 people comfortably.

The kitchen is bright and open, allowing the cook to interact with everyone in the living and dining area and catch a glimpse out the French doors to the balcony and the view beyond. Everything you need to prepare meals and snacks is here: microwave oven, stove with range and self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, double stainless steel sink, dishwasher. Also included is a coffeemaker to get your juices flowing in the morning and a blender to make frothy treats to cool yourself down in the evening. A breakfast bar completes the set-up.

The living room is cheerily decorated with the colors of summer. The comfy floral couch that is the center of the room turns into a queen size sofa sleeper at night to accommodate extra guests. A TV and DVD/VCR makes family movie night a snap. Sage green curtains cover the French doors when it’s time to sleep.

The dining room table seats four and is located in the great room shared with the living room and kitchen, offering a perfect place for everyone to commune together. Look out the window while your eat and enjoy the view.

The bedroom offers quiet privacy in the back of this vacation condo. Decorated in a tasteful, muted floral theme, the bedroom offers a true place to get away from it all. It features a mirrored closet, ceiling fan, private entrance to the shared bathroom, and a queen bed.

Along the hallway you’ll find something special: a recessed nook containing two bunk beds. Like crew quarters on a ship, these beds offer an out-of-the way, comfortable alternative to floor-sleeping or a blow-up mattress. The beds offer ample room between the bottom and top bunks, so no knocked heads in the morning!
