Three months or less---------------$950.00 per month
A 1/2 month rent is required to reserve the unit. This is a reservation/damage/cleaning deposit. A $50.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit balance will be returned within 10 days after clearing quarters and the unit has been cleaned and inspected.
